Vega Auto Repair

I went to get my car repair and I had it done professionally and the service was on time....I only speak for myself. I don't recommend anybody because I learned my lesson in the past but based on my own experience, Mr. Vega was right on point. The price that he gave me was competitive and he has top of the line equipment, that is why I used his service.

Went to get a new tire. One of their cars hit my car leaving damages. There was no one in the other vehicle. Owner said he would give me a few dollars for the incident but I refused b/c I wanted my car fixed so he agreed to fix it. He then kept refusing to accept my car and fix it after he had already agreed. Weeks later he said I could bring my car in. I did, left it overnight &the next day when I went to pick it up my car no longer worked. I told him this and He said he would be there to look at it, then turned his phone off &refused to answer for days when he seen my # calling But would answer if I called from another number. After having my car for 2more weeks I kept calling to see when it would be ready. After us agreeing that he would do labor for free& I would pay for parts he said I needed to give him the money before he fixed my car. My car sat for weeks while he lied saying he was working on it. I towed my car somewhere else &that was a hassle b/c he wouldn't give me my parts

PLEASE BE AWARE they will try to RIP YOU OFF I simply went to get an alignment which was only 60.00 jumped all the way to 250.00 they said my brand new parts that was just put on days before was no good and DEFECTIVE and the person who put them on didn't know what he was doing wanted me to have the same parts replace with theirs took it to Discount Tires they said nothing was wrong just need alignment they don't do them so I went to meineke they also agreed parts and labor was fine. Vega should be but out of business for ripping people off no telling how many single parents money you've already tooken smh

Terrible customer service and big rip off. I went to get my tire balanced and this guy said it was good while it was showing 25 on the balance machine. I am a mechanic and know that a tire is balanced when it is showing 00 on both sides. Owner always starts with one price and then when you go to pay he brings out other things that he claims they did (even though you did not give consent) which skyrockets the final price. I will never recommend this place even to my enemy. Ripoff M*********. PS: they stole my good tire and gave me a replacement as if I would not notice.

Louis Vega is very competent and timely in all phases of diagnostics and repair including drivability, suspension, alignment and exhaust.
