        Terrible. I placed an order over a week ago for blood pressure medication for my dog. They never sent it and told me on the phone that it was "lost in the mail" and that they would send it again .. still no tracking number and when I called back, they hung up on me. Calling again now and on hold .. forever. Terrible.
