        Welcome to Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana, PSC where we have been providing caring, compassionate renal care to metro Louisville patients since 1988. We are the largest nephrology practice in Kentucky and have seen patients from nearly every county in Kentucky and half in Indiana. In addition to providing care for patients at every stage of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), our Nephrologists are involved with approximately 60 transplants a year and have a wonderful team to walk each patient through every step.
