Apartment community has major challenges in terms of being able to adequately prepare the apartent for move-in. Lots of challenges in this area as well as general maintenance issues response to and ability to complete requests in a timely manner. Advice: 1. Make sure you see the apt or an apt that has been turned over 2. Ask to see apartment B-4 move-in to ensure the product you're getting it what you expect. 3. Ensure during lease signing you receive the entire info packet you signed and ensure that the move-in sheet that indicates if there are any concerns is left WITH YOU after the walk-thru so that you may complete it --since only you who live there will know all that the apt will need. Do not let them complete it and keep it. 4. This property is located in an urban community, with a variety of income ranges-- what may seem OK to 1 person may not be so for you--Accept No Satisfaction surveys.
