Warning: Do NOT use this service.They do not even deserve one star. I took my Yorkie to get groomed on June 4th 2014 and picked him a few hours later. The "groomer" cut his hind leg with the razor so bad that a white part which was the fat on his leg was sticking out. I had to take him right away to the emergency vet office. He ended us having to get stitches and stay over night. He has to wear a cone around his head and take medications for 2 weeks as well. The vet bill ended up being around $140. My husband and I went back to the "groomer" and confronted him in a civil manner. We provided a letter from the doctor all the costs for each service they provided and asked that he refund us for the damages that HE costs us and our dog. He refused to pay for the vet bill and did not even give us our money back for his horrible service. Not to mention he did a horrible job on the hair cut. I gave him three picture with examples of how I wanted my dogs cute and it looked horrible and was uneven all around. On top of that, this business is located in a shady area of Louisville.Its in a house which appeared to be unsanitary and unprofessional. He has no book keeping system and takes cash only which is another shady detail of his service. No not put your pet at risk by going to this guy, I have read on his facebook page another lady had the exact same issue where he injured her dog and she had a large vet bill that he refused to pay.
