I’ve heard a lot about Los Angeles Lock & Locksmith - so I decided to give them a call. Sure enough, they lived all the hype. Jim got there in less than ten minutes, which was surprisingly fast, considering how all the locksmiths I’d hired previously had never got there in less than an hour. I wanted a new deadbolt installed and Jim had a whole collection of it in his van. After I made my pick, the installation barely took a few minutes. He even handed out extra keys as a complement. It was past midnight, and there was no sign of help. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully, I had the internet and after a quick online search,. Hoping against hope, I called them up. The dispatcher assured me that help is on its way, and sure enough, Jack arrived no more than fifteen minutes later. He helped unlock the car in a jiffy. If it werent for the wonderful team at Los Angeles Lock & Locksmith, Id probably have spent the night there and waited until morning for help.

quick service what I didnt expect is that theyd be this quick!!! I had buzzed in with a request for spare keys. A mobile van stopped in front of my place in the next 15 minutes, and I watched Gary as he worked from his van and made the keys for me. Wish all the other locksmiths in Los Angeles, CA 90031 were as efficient, quick and skilled as Gary. Will definitely hire technicians from Los Angeles Lock & Locksmith again! FIVE STARS!!!

I literally have nothing bad to say about these Los Angeles Lock & Locksmith. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Los Angeles, CA and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Los Angeles Lock & Locksmith website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did. What can i say about these guys that hasn't already been said? They were able to squeeze me in the day that I called and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Los Angeles Lock & Locksmith to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.
