Called this garage door repair company to replace a broken spring. Shawn arrived early and replaced both springs in under an hour. The price he charged was very reasonable compared with others. I would definitely call him again if something else goes wrong with our garage door.

I had gotten an estimate from another company which seemed very high and they had also suggested replacing our current opener with a different brand. After doing a bit of research on the brand they suggested and reviewing their cost, I decided to get a second estimate and opinion. I contacted this garage door repair company and was able to get a new quote to submit to my condo association (isn't red tape fun!). They was knowledgeable and agreed that the unit that was suggested was an inferior product. They gave me a quote which was significantly lower and for more work (steel wheels changed out to nylon. I highly suggest it if you have a noisy garage door) They showed up on time and was done much faster than I had anticipated. The garage door works great and is quieter than it has ever been. I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need your garage door worked on!

Thanks so much for having Shawn come to my office today, he was prompt, professional and (maybe the most impressive of all!) very neat! He used some ingenuity and a creative approach to install a spring in our parking lot.
