Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I left a phone in rental car, notified Enterprise as soon as I realized which was 15 mins after dropping car off March 19th. I was told the Lost and Found people would be calling me in the order they received my request as of today March 24th, I have NOT received a call back yet!!!!!!

I am a National Sales Manager which keeps me traveling and on the open road. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is my go to resource for transportation that suits my business needs. And when it's time to have some personal fun, I rent a convertible and it's ON! The LAX location is a gem! It's open 24 hours, the staff is friendly, the car selection is amazing. The rates are great and because I am a Enterprise Plus member with Silver Tier status I get even more perks. I don't have to stand in long lines. I get upgrades and discounts. I love Enterprise! I'll never rent anywhere else!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I usually rent from Enterprise because I have several discounts to utilize (however, I was in such a urgent need for a car this time I forgot to use my AAA or ATF). Anyway, I reserved my car early Friday morning using my phone......reservations accepted for LAX because some of the other facilities I usually pick up cars did not have cars available....no problem. Arriving at LAX pick up just as a bus from the airport arrived plus there was a sports team with about 40 kids before me with several other clients....no worries! Once the line begin to move I probably spent a total of 15-17 minutes for the entire pick-up process (from check-in to car). The associate was very pleasant and upgraded me without asking. This was one of the most peaceful and rewarding customer service oriented car rental processes I ever experienced. Thank you for making this pleasant for me

Not what I expect from Enterprise. Overall service was fine, but only shortly after did I discover that some standard features (USB ports, namely) had been removed from the car as I was supposed to pay a daily fee for what is a standard feature in today's cars. Also, the transport shuttle was slow to pick up from the arrival's area, as others have pointed out.

We visit the LA area from NY 3-4 times each year as we have 2 grandchildren east of here. The discovery of this Enterprise rental terminal has been a revelation for us. This is truly how car rentals should be run. Frequent pickups at the terminals of LAX, a cluster of kiosks always with a cordial young staffer to assist if needed, a simple yet complete computer driven checkin system, a choice of cars waiting right outside the offices and still another cordial and competent young staffer to assist in checking out the vehicle with you. We do travel frequently and have found this setup easily the best in the business. Smooth, seamless, professional and the cars are always new and immaculate. What more could you ask for? We have decided that Enterprise is our choice at LAX!

I have rented from this location many times. Not once have i had any problems getting my car, Im usually in and out inless then 10 minutes. Returning the car is even quicker, i was done in less then a minute. Which makes it very convenient. I dont plan on using any other car company.

These guys are great, they made it so easy for me to get my car and return it.. helped me get a discount using my AAA card... I will never go anywhere else to rent a car!! you rock enterprise, and you cant beat the price!!

Excellent service, particularly on return of the car. Fast easy, and they took us to our hotel as a favor, so that we didn't need to spend money on a cab.

Airport shuttle could be a little more frequent, but otherwise I would use them again

It was easy and fast. I had a slight problem . I thought the camero conv would work and when my luggage would not fit . they changed me out to the mustang conv with no problem . thanks for the excellent service

Not what I expected out of Enterprise. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the shuttle picked us up from the airport to take us to Enterprise, the guy was nice enough to give us a fiesta over something smaller and the bus driver that picked us up from the airport helped my mother get safely off the bus before we could even get in front of her to help her. Ok, here were go.... The bus was slow picking us up from the airport. The Avis and Hertz had came and left the shuttle stop at least 5-7 times before the Enterprise bus came. The guy was quick to check us out but the car we got was a joke. The brakes squeaked very loudly, the trunk cover (to hide the stuff in the trunk) was broke and wouldn't stay up by itself and the transmission is 2 seconds from dropping. There were many times that we didn't think we were going to make it on the freeway. I will second think going through Enterprise the next time we travel! This car was very embarrassing and ridiculous!

Excellent service, 2 thing I had problem with was the gas tank latch which didn't work, and the badly water stained windshield. It was terrible rain a few days ago, and when I used the windshield wiper I still couldn't see out the windshield.

We rented a small SUV, and of course it wasn't available. I don't think reserving a car means anything, as most times a person doesn't get what was reserved, and you end up paying more to up-grade (as we did) Original rental was around $571, ended up being $783.



The folks are friendly and we got checked out fast...but paying way more than anticipated. Oh well, live and learn.

Fabulous experience. Cars were readily available. They have nice vehicles there. Got a ford edge titanium 2015 and I always wanted to drive one. I love it. My next car will be it. Customer service was superb. Thanks guys

Spent a week out in California for business, rented a Mid-Size, and the process (pick up, and drop off) was quick and easy... with not one bottleneck. Used the Kiosk which i'm sure shaved off 15 minutes (line was long) and within minutes I was driving away. The car was clean, new, with no smoke detected from previous drivers. Employees were friendly and courteous.



As always, good experience...

I use them every time I am in LA for work and would not even think of using anyone else - great selection, super friendly and helpful staff and in and out in no time at all. When i dropped my car off, I was on the shuttle bus to the airport in less than 2 minutes.
