A dying breed of dim sum places that still actually use the carts to shop the choices available. Like most all Chinese restaurants in Chinatown, the nagging feeling of cleanliness will be in the back of your mind, but the food taste and quality of ingredients are very good. TIP: always check the shrimp if they split the back and root out the black crap. This place does that. Who decided that Chinese dim sum restaurants should be named TV network + "Seafood" Restaurant??
