They did a great job in many ways. They were polite, helpful, prompt, and courteous. As far as customer service, I would use them again without hesitation. My only issue, and I can't blame Showroom Transport completely, was that I was quoted a price which was A LOT lower than everyone else and this was a deciding factor for me.

Showroom Transport my car from Washington to California and they not only answered e-mails very quickly, but they also updated me on my car's arrival, which wonderfully, arrived earlier than anticipated! When I was dropping my car off, I thought that all of the drivers had headed out so I reasoned that my car wouldn't be inspected that day, but Showroom Transport sent me a contact number and that individual got a driver to stop to inspect my car before heading on the road, which saved so much time and was very helpful! My car arrived to California in the same condition as before and I also shipped my car with items in the trunk and in the back seat (behind the passenger seat), which arrived very well!
