I came in for an oil change and noticed the CX-5 Carbon Edition and Matt was able to get me upgraded from a 2021 CX-5 with cloth seats into and brand new Carbon Edition CX-5 with all wheel drive, a sunroof, leather, and even an automatic door in the back. Since our first conversation we had over the phone, Matt answered all the 100 questions I had, kindly and sincerely. Due to the kindness that I felt over the phone I decided to drive far just to come to this dealer. After all it was absolutely worth it!
