Tony Morales fixed my old gas cooktop and it is now in good working condition. I wasn't pleased with the control arrangements on some of the new cooktops I looked at, so I was very happy to get my old one working well again.

We just bought a new LG refrigerator. (April '13) We were having trouble w/ the ice maker. Ruben V. from " Brand Source" came & fixed it. He was so smart & nice & showed me everything & explained it all! He also, gave me information on my new oven, dishwasher & washer & dryer! If I have any other problems I will definitely ask for him! We needed our LG washing machine to be repaired and from the first telephone call to the repairman leaving our experience couldn't have been better. The lady I spoke with to arrange the appointment gave great advice, booked in James Ferguson for the next morning (they texted the evening before to confirm the time - within an hour slot). James arrived with everything he needed to complete the job, tidied up after himself, was considerate, knowledgeable and friendly! Excellent communication, service and value for money. I will definitely call them next time.

Absolutely POOR in every way.If you want a competent company that will treat you well while repairing your appliances in a timely manner, THIS IS NOT YOUR COMPANY!Abismal customer service, extremely poor communication between technicians, customers, and the central office, and misquotes on repair costs all made for a horrible experience. Work with them at your own peril!

had an issue with my steam dryer , no hassle in and out service from Eric Gilbert, explained how to avoid some issues in the future , thanks again !

James Ferguson fixed my ice maker when the GE service techs could not. I delt with GE for 3.5 years - James fixed it to the point we now have more than enough ice for the family. He was courteous and considerate of our time and worked on the issue until it was resolved. GE told us to unplug the unit for 48 hours - we would then get one tray of ice and they would tell us to un plug for 48 additional hours or they would not work on it. James used the test button to make sure water was flowing correctly and ultimatly repaired the unit. When I had another problem - not the ice this time, I contacted the service company and asked for them again.

Eric was our technician who was sent to repair our LG dryer. He called us the morning of our appointment to confirm our time and provided his cell phone number should we have any questions. He arrived AHEAD of schedule and was extremely curtious. He anticipated what our issue was and came prepared. Our motor had died and he replaced it with ease and did a little extra preventative maintenance for us. He was in and out in no time and we were drying clothes before he left. I'd highly recommend Eric for future repairs.

James repaired our microwave on 2/26. He was prompt, professional, and nice. It was a pleasure to have someone so knowledgable perform the service. I think it is rare anymore to actually talk with someone who knows what they're doing!
