This Oriental Rug Care was very compassionate in their service. They clean our rugs with passion and making sure that they please us. And I would say that, we were very happy with the rug cleaning they did on our rug. And one more thing about this Oriental, their price was very competitive and affordable. Were truly grateful for this experience and gladly recommending them to everyone!

It was absolutely an amazing service. The smelly and full of dirt's rug was transformed into a fantastic cleaned. A beautiful rug and smells really brand new rugs. This Oriental Rug Care, took great care of our rugs and making sure to please us. And they successfully amazed us, thanks so much!

I had a terrible carpet with a lot of stains, they really dug deep and got the job done at a great price. I will surely recommend them.

They did a beautiful job washing it and replaced a small section of fringe that had come off from vacuuming. Many years ago they cleaned a Tibetan rug on which my 7 year old son spilled bright red paint. Although I thought the rug was ruined at the time, they were able to remove 98% of the stain so that the damaged area is barely noticeable only on close inspection. Their delivery men are respectful and careful. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again

Did you know that having a white shag is probably the most annoying thing in the world. UGH. This is really not necessarily their specialty as I was told but they hooked me up and were able to get it spotless.

These guys simply have higher expectations and levels of cleanliness than I have seen with other providers. This is probably the cleanest my rug has ever been since it was new.

They cleaned a very old rug for me and did a terrific job. Great attention to detail, great service and very reasonably priced.

My wife’s grandmother recently gave us an antique rug and based on the other reviews, I called Oriental Rug Care NY and had the pleasure of speaking with Jerry to discuss it. What I really wanted to know was how much the rug was worth before I spent money on cleaning it. The gentleman there told me that honestly, it would not fetch much on the market so cleaning it would be a personal choice. I appreciated the honesty and elected not to have to cleaned at this time but will call again if the need arises.

They do detailed work, are extremely reasonable and very good with customer service. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks to Lior and Jerry for the quick response on the weekend ,they pick up my sarape antique Persian rug and clean it and repair it , like its never happened , now I know why they are plus "A" with the better business bureau, highly recommend them you saves us! WE HAVE THIS RUGS IN OUR FAMILY.

I had a smelly carpet cover with dust that i tried to clean in every possible way.

and Lior came took the old carpet and returned it as new !
