I was referred by a friend to this place. My class teacher was mr. Mac. When introduced to him what a warm and kind man this guy was. He made you feel welcomed appreciated I must say this man knows the business. I attended 3 day class plus the wheelchair class and proceeded with the TLC test passing with flying colors. I have to say I owe it to mr. Mac. I definitely recommend anyone taking any class regards to the TLC . To check this place out and ask for Mr. Mac and the wonderful employees that work at this place.. thank you again

I usually don't write reviews. But, because the crew at Master Cabbie helped me save money and time , i really was speechless and couldn't thank them ebeough. Ravjit and Fatima told me i don't need 24hrs classes!! They also help me do all missing paper work!!!! Thanks guys. You are the best!!! Btw. I could take wheelchair classes for free but because they were honest, i've paid $75 and took it at master Cabbie. Thanks Faisal , you are the best too!!

The best taxi school!Mr Mac by far best teacher and so patient and really prepared you for the exam!Everyone keeps coming into the room after they pass the exam and credit him for all the help and efforts!He should get stock in the company!

Master Cabbie Academy deserves more than 5 stars for everything they've done for me. They taught me everything I needed to know to pass the FHV exam. I will be forever grateful to them for giving me their support and patience. Each and every one of the staff at MCTA treated me with respect and had faith in my success. A BIG shout-out to the director at MCTA, Ms. FATIMA AIS!!!! She is an astounding person, and I truly appreciate all the help she gave me through the whole renewing process. Ms. Fatima made sure all my papers and documents were on point, she never gave up on me even when I thought it was impossible. With their help, my confidence grew which made me strive to do my best on the exam. If anyone asks, "What is the best Taxi Academy to go to?" I will happily reply, "Master Cabbie!" I had an excellent experience. My instructor Mac aka Big Mac was very informative and even stood back to help students on his lunch break. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Fatima in the office and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I just passed my test on the first try and recommend this school.

It's the best school to learn about TLC and great helpful teacher and crew members I will definitely recommend master cabbie.

Sent 3 members from my young mens group to Master Cabbie last week for the 24 hour class and the Wheel Chair certification class,

Hi! This would be my second time attending class at mastercabby oh my I just have to say my instructor Mac poured his heart out for us to make sure that we got what we needed to get in Order to pass the exam I learn a great deal in his class and I will be applying it to my everyday driving routine with Uber Mac and Sandra are cool and at the same time making sure that you left with the tools you need in order to pass the exam I give them 20 stars yea!!!! Mac and Sandra great instructors thank you so much!!!!!

Taking the TLC Training course at Master Cabbie was a great decision. There are a handful of TLC certified locations to choose from and I highly recommend this one! The staff was wonderful, especially teacher Paul Chester and Manager Fatima. They really treated everyone like human beings rather than just customers. They were very professional but still made time for jokes and laughs. I feel like I am very prepared for the test and could not have had a better experience going through all of this material.

It was the best school for taxi license it was have the professional teachers and if you need the very good one ask for Mac its #1 and he make me get 88% on the test soo good

This place is a total rip off they will steal your money mess up on your test date and make you pay again with their no refund policy . The lady named Fatima is biased towards Muslim men with beards and will treat you like an animal once they receive your money. If you talk back to her she will write a letter to the tlc commission to not recommend you even after passing the exam which will lead to your denial of license . This place is a total joke and waste of time !

This is not the place for you to take Hack license. 1 of the lady that worked there, her name is Fatima. She is no good person. She ripped people off. When you registered, she recommended you to take the expensive class which is $995. And you must stay in unlimited class until couple months. When you took off from the class for a while and when you going back , Fatima tried to charges again. Its not what other teacher said to me. Bottom line FATIMA is no good. Be careful with her. Now I got license from another school and it only cost you UNDER $ 200 for 2 weeks. Don't go to this school. Bad School.

Front desk women didn't lisen and she don't know how to treat with the new student only trying to get money it's better to try other school

you cant discuss or cancel the class after you sign up for it even if you do not attend ,,



the owner will not discuss any refund or returns or changing of class



you will lose your money if you sign up with them



and after all of that you will not get any benefits from attending the class ..total mass-- it is total rip off



once again there are no refunds and u cant even try them
