Tire Kingz of Lithia Springs

I went here to have my tire changed and the technician broke the Lugnut socket that came with the car when I bought it. It is a special socket that unlocks one of the Lugnuts . He stripped it out. Had to take my own time and pay my own money to buy a new lug socket from the dealer. Do not go to this place. Very poor management.

I bought rims and Tires from here. Very clean for a tire shop.Price was affordable. Staff was friendly. Had a chance to meet the owner, who was very hands on and down to earth. The best part of my experience with this merchant was that its✊🏿 BLACK owned. As long as the service stays great I will be going there for all my tire and brakes needs.

I been coming to this place for about 4 yrs never had problem with the place at all. I had to come to Kingz Tires with thin a week for tires and it sad for a supervisor that suppose to set a example for his employees and the place of business. It very sad to be a supervisor that doesn't have any people skills and don't know how to talk to the customer. So, for the owner of this business you really need to find a supervisor that very compassionate in job and love help the customer any possible way. What can say overall the rest of the staff was very polite and was able to help me in my situation.
