Total Care Ground Services

We had a 75 foot tall pine tree in our front yard in Sun City that needed to be removed. We called Total Care Ground Services and Eddie Sanchez came out to survey the job. He was very honest with us and actually told us the tree was stable at the current time, however a huge limb had broken off a number of years ago and would eventually cause problems. As upwards of 10 large pine trees in our immediate area had blown down in the Monsoon storms, we decided the best action would be to remove it. Eddie informed us that he would schedule us within a week, but it could take longer to actually do the job as they were quite busy with storm related requests. That Sunday night, he called to say they had a window in which to do the job the next day, (Monday). We were very happy to hear this as more storms were in the forecast.
Monday morning at 6:00 a.m., they were here working. Their staff is very efficient and are very experienced. Within a few hours, they had the tree down and all the mess cleaned up. Eddie was excellent in communicating with us and we were very pleased with the job they did. We recommend this company!
