Magic Touch Car Wash

** DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT**



I went to this place over the weekend and used the automated car wash. It did not do a good job cleaning the car so I backed out of the stall and went to a different one to wash it by hand. The owner of the car wash ran up to my car yelling and screaming at me because I backed out instead of pulled out. I apologized but he verbally assaulted me saying I must be #$%$, and some kind of an a**hole and every other curse word under the sun. I explained to him that it does not say you can t back out and that I spend alot of money washing my cars here. He stated that he has a $200,000 machine and not some peice of s*it like the car I drive. Whatever happened to customer service? Since when is it ok for a small business owner to berate a customer and thInk it is ok?



They have no respect and the facility is shady at best. The vacuums don't suck, the Hoses leak and the pink soap stains your clothes and sneakers.



**DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!** THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN AND URGE ANYONE THAT READS THIS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
