Your employee, Paula, saved my day when balloons I had purchased elsewhere the night before were flat at 7 am and were to be presented to someone at 7:30 am. I called in to your store and Paula jumped into action and was blowing up balloons when I got there. I made the presentation on time. Paula was very cheerful and gave excellent customer service at 7:00 in the morning.

Thanks to the very lovely Hen House staff for opening your safe haven area (the meat cooler!) to me and a couple dozen other shoppers during today's tornado scare. You were well-organized, in control and very caring to all...even handed out blankets!
