Katie's Nail Spa

Went with daughter. The two ladies spoke the whole time in another language. Except when they asked how old my daughter was. Then they continued talking. Obviously about us! Very rude!

walked in and was helped right away, seated in front of a nail tech who had food on a dirty towel in front of her, she took her time to assist me as she texted and packed away her food. she did not change the towel as well as spent alot of time on her phone during our appointment. i decided upon getting gel nails with white airbrush tips. the nails are terrible, they are way too thick and extremely uneven. the airbrush is not a solid white as it should be and the underside of my free edge is clumped with excess product that should have been removed before curing. the nail tech did not clean any of the brushes used on me but rather wiped them off with a dirty old paper towel covered in old nail polish and product. the nails even have bubbles in them and i am completely unsatisfied.

Ma'chi and her staff are very professional and Katie's offers all types of service. I recommend this business to anyone...

June 11, 2011 A friend and I had pedicures yesterday at Katie's Nail Spa, and it was fantastic! We've both tried several of the nail salons in the area and we both commented that this was truly one of the best! The pedicure chairs are so comfortable and the leg massage was amazing! I would highly recommend Katie's!
