US Storage Centers

Well where do I start. This started out really promising but if I could give 0 stars I would.
Our RV and several other RV's were broken into while they were in storage. Our 4 year old RV was absolutely vandalized. I asked to see the security footage and they said well the camera is not pointing at your RV!!! They are not liable in any way! We have 2 Jet-ski's and were due to take them to our other RV storage spot at this location this week, no way would I take them after this. If you have something in storage you expect it to be safe. There are plenty of storage companies in the Henderson area where they have someone that lives on site! My advise don't use this place it's not safe, not helpful and have lost a good customer. We had 2 RV spaces and a storage unit.

The managers at this facility went above and beyond to help me out. I needed storage fast and they made it a great expericence. Thank you for all your help!!
