Overall

Took my 8 year old grandson last week,it was $30 an hour. The person I dealt with was very helpful and nice. So this week I take him for 30 minutes which was quoted last week for$15. I give the man $20 and he doesn't give me $5 back. So maybe I misunderstood. We are there for 30 minutes and had to refill the balls halfway through. We go upfront to leave and the man stops me and proceeds to tell me we have to pick up all of the balls. I said fine that I wouldn't be back. We picked up the balls while him and his friends sat around doing nothing. When I got in the car I called my husband who informed that it was their job to pick the balls up. Well I would have been bringing my grandson every week but they will not be getting my business and I will spread the word to everyone I know. Hope it was worth it to have a 67 year old grandmother doing your job!!!

Overall

The facility is great. Too bad the owner is, from what I have heard and from what I have experienced, "all mouth, no skill". My son worked out with him when he was struggling in middle school with his hitting. The supposed-to-be one time lesson went great. My son got back his confidence and succeeded but after that Andy kept on booking lessons after lessons after lessons when we didn't even ask for it. Once we stopped working out with him he became a totally different person. When you're paying him he's a happy camper. Once you stop, he'll turn into Godzilla. He can tell you all you want: "Oh you're gonna get drafted in the first round" or "Oh I'll get you this and that and get you scouted by here" or any other baloney. He just says it to lure you in, and probably won't do or make half of what he says happen. If he's like an ex-pro baseball player like many of the other instructors there, oh ya I'll jump right in but no. As far as I've heard he only played college ball if even that far! I heard they're starting some home schooling service where kids can get their education there... Are you serious? There is so much that kids learn and gain from attending school. Friendship, life skills, and learning with peers. Don't get me wrong, I don't know anything about this plan, but from first impression it looks ridiculous. Nothing but one of many ways to make money. So to wrap it up:

1. Great facility.

2. Watch out for the head guy there, can't miss him. Andy, the biggest guy there.

3. The other guys there, the ex-pro baseball players there, offer lessons for about the same price if not cheaper. I'd go to them but not Teddy, Andy's dad. Speaks literal Gibberish and spends all the time in the world talking.

4. Keep your wallet protected!
