General Info
My practice is a full-service immigration law firm. We are fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish. I handle all cases individually. An immigrant myself, I have first-hand knowledge and experience with U.S. Immigration Laws and procedures. I am a member of the Oregon State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). I graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR and from Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev in Kiev, Ukraine. I represent individual, family and corporate clients in all areas of immigration law. Each client, large or small, receives the same commitment to excellence and highest level of professional service. I specialize in family immigration matters (immigrant petitions, fiance (e) petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing. I zealously represent clients in Immigration Court (asylum-based cases, cancellation of removal, criminal aliens). Also, I handle BIA and 9th Circuit appeals. In addition, I handle business immigration matters (H-1B, TN, O, P, L-1 nonimmigrant visas; foreign labor certification; EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions). Consultations are by appointment only; the consultation fee is $80. If my firm is retained, the consultation fee is credited to the total amount of the attorney fees. I will represent clients in any state and appear in any Immigration Court in the United States.

Complicated Green Card Processing

I had a very complicated case in obtaining my green card and was given a deadline to submit documents that I really don't know where to find. Vladimir helped me a lot in getting all those documents as well as supporting papers to proove that I am qualified to get my green card. He is professional and timely! Great lawyer!

Great Choice

Vladimir was wonderful to work with and he gave us nothing the but the best service. He is professional and effective. He walked us through the process which made it very easy and painless for us. Our process could have taken up to a year, but with Vladimir's assistance we were done in four months.

We highly recommend his services and know that you will be pleased.

Great Help!

Vladimir helped me with my Green Card as well as Citizenship. Both cases were difficult due to my husband and I owing some back taxes. However, despite that, and thanks to Vladimir's expertise everything went smooth and rather painless.

I reccomend him to anyone who needs a help with a difficult case, he knows his stuff!

Knowledgeable, Personable, and with a Good Sense of Humor

Need a good immigration attorney? Vladimir is the best you can get! Very knowledgeable and personable. He is always aware of the latest changes in laws/policies related to US immigration. He can even put them in lay terms for you. Because Vladimir stays on top of all the changes, my husband and I were able to significantly speed up the first part of our Greed Card process (Labor Certification). We were very thankful that he saved us months and months of waiting. Vladimir is very detail oriented -- exactly what you need when you deal with a government office that can stop processing your documents because of one minor detail missing. And don't let me forget... Vladimir has a good sense of humor! You can always count on a good conversation with Vladimir. Believe it or not, he can even make the painfully long immigration process enjoyable!

Green Card Application

When my wife and I first met Vladimir, we had not yet married. We were engaged and had decided to have our wedding in the Ukraine. However, after speaking with Vladimir, it became obvious that there was a better option for us. We were soon married in Las Vegas and Vladimir started the change of status paperwork with the U.S. immigration service. This allowed my wife to legally remain in the United States while her application was being processed. Vladimir also applied for an advance parole document that allowed my wife to travel back to the Ukraine to visit her family. Every step of the way Vladimir kept us informed and advised us. When we had questions, we didn't get a secretary or law clerk, Vladimir himself spoke to us. He prepared us well because when it came time for our interview with the immigration officer, everything went as planned. We finished the interview today and my wife's application for a green card was approved! Vladimir is a serious professional, but you will soon discover that he is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend you speak with him for all your immigration needs.

GREEN CARD APPLICATION PROCESS

We used Vladimir Goutsaliouk for our Green Card application process and we met a charming competent lawyer with vast experience in this area of law. Vladimir guided us step by step through the whole process and was always available when we had questions regarding our application. Vladimir explained everything to us in detail as our application passed through it's various stages, we were always well informed and never left confused. On the day of our interview he was a very calming influence on what can be a nerve jingling day and with Vladimir's excellent help we made a successful application and was granted the Green Card.

We would highly recommend Vladimir to anyone thinking of applying for a Green Card.
