General Info
Company History: The origins of United Health Supplies began in 1978 in Los Angeles, California. Pearl Berman had worked for the United States Government in medical supply procurement for many years and saw an opportunity within that field to provide those supplies to school districts and other governmental agencies. Robert Kelemen, Pearl's son-in-law, is a registered pharmacist who owned four pharmacies in west Los Angeles in the 1970's. The business was a small operation at the time of Pearl's passing in 1982. Bob and Pearl's daughter, Joanne Berman, decided to grow the business through mailers and bid lists. Joanne continues to this day as the company's chief financial officer. The business grew at an unbelievable rate during the 1980's, relocating 4 times within 5 years. The growth was soon halted by the Northridge earthquake of 1994. Bob & Joanne decided to move the business to Las Vegas the year after. In 1997, their son Jeffrey expressed interest in a retail location which opened to the public soon after. With the growth of mobility equipment & sales, Bob & Joanne's other son Brian was soon trained as a certified technician and fitter. Everything Medical is now in its 12th year serving the greater Las Vegas population. United Health Supplies continues to grow nationally, currently doing business in 42 states. What customer service!!!!!?

Whoa - I am new in town and thought this place would be a good place to take my business. Based on the lack of phone etiquette the woman who answered gave me a clear impression I was in for a "headache" if I went there for my medical supplies. I would appreciate a personal phone call from the manager of the store with an apology. My number is 812.870.0574 and you can call me on that number any time. Both my husband Tom and I shop here often as we both deal with mobility issues and arthritis problems. We have always been waited on with courtesy and respect. If a product we want is not in the store they go out of the way to tell us where we might find it. if the line is long one of their checkers tells us where we can sit and says she will call us when our turn comes. It's the best store of its' kind in Vegas. I know this because I have been to many and I am also a retired RN. I referred patients here when they needed home equipment.

Today was the second time we went to his store and he last. People here were rude and not caring. I called the store and asked when it closed so I could take my perscription in and was told that they closed at 6:00pm and they could help me , but when we got there at 5:30 we were told that that person Iwent home at 500. I left work to make sure that I was there in time . The guy that was there said the person gave me wrong information and come back in the am. This person never said sorry about what hapend. The lady at the front desk and some other workers were more into getting ready to go home then to help us. So I will NEVER go here agian !!!!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Seriously the best customer service I have had ..EVER. Babs went above and beyond to help me get the right CPAP mask for me after my crazy dog chewed up the one I had. Even though my mask was old she looked everywhere to see if she had a spare one. When we discovered it was not to be found she recommended a new one that now I love love love and wouldnt be caught without it! She didnt sell me the most expensive one either. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful as well. Just an all around great experience for me after having a very bad weekend! Thanks Bab's!!!

This store is awesome

Service and selections are excellent! I went to Charleston store today and the lady who fit me the knee bracelet was so sincere and she spent the time to find me the right one. Price i checked was cheaper than Amazon. Will go back again if I need medical supplies.

The staff was so friendly & knowledgeable. I had no idea was I looking for as I am new to shopping for this stuff. The answered all my questions and gave much more info than I was asking for. Not only did they help me find the stuff I needed, they even suggested items that were lower in price. A+

It is unfortunate that people have nothing to do with their time but to discredit independent upstanding businesses with lies and untruths. I have shopped at Everything medical for many years. They bend over backwards for all customers and truly treat their clients as family. It is obvious that this slanderous review is by and large from someone who has not dealt regularly with this store. And learn to spell too, people tend to respect reviews by those who are literate. I find it so egregious that Internet reviews are taken more seriously than an establishment who has for 15 years serviced this city and offered so many products at fair prices. Please please disregard the last review...he/she has no idea what they're talking about

NOT VERY KNOWLEGIBLE ... GET A DIFFERENT PRICE AND STORY DEPENDING ON THE EMPLOYEE YOU TALK TOO .... AND WHEN YOU CATCH THEM ON IT THE STORY WILL CHANGE AGAIN !!!!! MAYBE THE EMPLOYEES ARE PRACTICING FOR POLITICAL OFFICE ...THE WAY THEY CHANGE THEIR STORY WOULD MAKE THEM SUITED FOR THAT ....

I have relied on Everything Medical for the medical supplies and equipment my aging mother and husband have needed over the past seven years. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The inventory is extensive. If they don't have it, which is rare, they usually can find it quickly. They've become part of our "health care team." I can highly recommend this store to people looking for help with their medical-supply needs.

im so very dissapointed with the costumer representative,when i spoke the lady she dont answer me very well and she was kind of like in hurry and hang up on me.i tried to call up again and still the same she speak to fast maybe if i dont speak like im upset she will not paying attention.
