Eastern Hill Dental

I was referred by a co-worker to Dr. Pham's office for a filling that fell out. I made an appointment for myself first to check out the place to see if I liked it before I took my two young kids and hubby for their appointments. The doctor was personable and seemed low key. He took care of that problem tooth , and since I had time, I wanted a complete exam to check the rest of my teeth. Told me I needed regular cleaning and other minor work , which I know I needed. The office seems very well maintained and CLEAN.... which is what I look for when you have kids. The chairs and handles and everything were pretty much covered by plastic covers... I guess for patient protection. I did not return to a Pediatrician's office for daughter's fillings because that office did not cover the light handles where the dentist touch between patients and the chairs were not covered!!!! It may seem over the top.. but that is what I look for.. cleanliness .... it is your mouth after all . If the doctor too

Every time I go to Dr. Pham I am more and more impressed! He provides even frantic scared patients (such as myself) with the perfect combination of calm and professionalism. He does really great cosmetic work and I was surprised he allowed me to change my mind about the color of caps I ordered. I travel now from California to Las Vegas just to continue seeing Dr. Pham. I truly find him kind and his staff is very patient. I have recommended him to several of my friends. Because I have an odd work schedule he has accommodated me with peculiar hours and days for my appointments. I find that to be the utmost in patient satisfaction. Michelle, Palmer

Dr. Pham and Karen were great! They are very professional, friendly and courteous. Their clinic is very clean and well mantained. I will definitely visit them again and would highly recommend to anybody in need of dental treatment. The visit from Florida was very worth it. :) Shirley
