Doolittle Pool

On 01/10/07 I called them to get estimate for my fireplace, after charging me $65 for a visual inspection (estimate), I was told I needed parts. My cost for parts and labor was over $700. No estimate given to me, just verbally. I was about to take it, but a friend recommended another company. I was charged $100 to make it work again. In one visit, no parts needed. The amazing parts is that this new technician told me my fireplace does not come with this particular part they wanted me to pay for, it was just a couple of wires that needed to be reconnected. So, beware with this people. I was hesitant about posting this feedback thats why I don't mention what part they wanted to install, or give more detail.... JUST BE CAREFULL WITH THEM!
