Your company provides a product or service to another business or government agency; once the product or service is completed an invoice is created. Rather than waiting the standard 30 to 60 days for your client to pay the invoices; you sell your invoices to DB Squared and immediately turn them into working capital. DB Squared purchases your outstanding invoice and will typically give you 80 - 90% of the face amount of the invoice today at a minimal discount (typically between 2-6% of the face amount of the invoice). The remaining balance is held in reserve until the invoiceis paid. After the invoice is paid the reserve amount is released. DB Squared will notify your customer that the outstanding invoice has been purchased by DB Squared and that payment on the invoice should be sent directly to DB Squared. Your business enjoys quicker access to working capital and a quicker cash flow cycle, helping to manage day to day expenses.
