Centennial Buick-Gmc

My car left this place in worse shape than when it in. The reason I brought my car in was because the key was stuck in the ignition. I could turn it on and off but couldn't get the key out. Later they said I needed a new super charger($2000), plus the cost went from $109 to $459. to change out ignition cylinder. I declined service and when I arrived my car wouldn't start. I was told to come back and my car wouldn't turn off. I called the service dept and got bullied. Warning DON'T GO HERE!

I went to Centennial Mazda looking for a new vehicle and the sales people were completely rude! Henry and Bernard to be exact, they were disrespectful and had no interest to sell me the vehicle I was wanting to buy. Instead, they tried pushing another vehicle on me and offered me a 24% interest rate! I have great credit, anything I tried to work out with them they denied and said why are you here if "this" is your budget! I don't understand, I will never refer anybody to them. Henry and I were finally working out a deal but his phone rang and decided to talk to his wife for ten minutes and have a casual conversation. Great customer service Henry! Hell will freeze over before I go back to Centennial Mazda!

i went there with less than low expectations in the hope of buying a used car. they got me in, worked up a whole game and all then came back with a," its yours" i was very happy and in disbaleaf, i asked them more than once, "so thats it, i own the car, you were able to get me financed", all with the answer, YES... so that night i drove away in my car, 3 weeks latter i called to see about getting my registration info, they said we have it ready for you to come pick up. so i showed up with my chiled to be told " we are taking the car back" i didnt understand it, they left me with out transportation, offerd me a ride home and said sorry. i had no way of getting my kid to school, or picking my older kids up. i could have given my wife a ride to work in her car that day. i stopped working on a car i was building beacuse i no longer needed it. if not for there blatent dishunesty this could have been avoided. the whole fake sale. i knew i had bad credit, i wasnt expecting to get a car, but they said all was good, well, they lied...
