        Overall

        I contacted them for an estimate to install a damper cap. They told me an estimate would cost $89. When I hesitated, the CSR said she talked to the technician and they could do it for $49, but I would have to take the measurements myself. In a subsequent phone conversation, they said there was no charge for estimates.
