I wasn't too pleased with the cars that they had on their lot. They showed me the website and informed me they could get any car (from their other lots) that I wanted delivered to Lansing for me. I found a HHR that I fell in love with and they got it for me the next business day. I came in 30 minutes before they closed, they allowed me to sign for the car and take it home (a process that normally takes an hour). Steve was amazing! He made all this possible for me and took my fears of buying a car away. I am so pleased with the service that they provided. Thank you Steve and Car City!

Predatory lending at its finest. The attorney General should look into this place. Dont believe the fake reviews.

Second vehicle I have leased from Car City Lansing from Jim Lowry and crew - they have always tried to get me exactly what I needed to meet my needs and get me on the road. Give them a try if you need to go through a program like Car City to purchase a vehicle.

This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle on my own. The team, John, Aaron and Jim were A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!!!! John greeted us outside, told me to look over some vehicles and if I found something I wanted to join him inside. Not the typical business where fifteen people swoop down on you and want the sale. Found a few cars, talked to John and he got me financed. Filled out my paperwork with Aaron and Jim brought us the cars to test drive. Great experience and will definately do business there again!!! I initialy found out I had to pay over high retail for my Jeep ($2,000.00). Later after selling me te extended warranty, I was informed that each time I brought it in would cost me $100 deductible (it was never mentioned unitl contract signing). Before I ever made it off the freeway my first trouble light came on, among a couple other problems, (transmission problem became evident after the weekend) I was dissapointed. So when I tried to take John Savino (General Manager, Lansing) up on his 3 day money back guarentee, HE REFUSED. NEVER believe what they tell you! Car City Lansing will lie and mislead you, they will not honor anything they say post-sale. Stay Away!!!!
