        Overall

        I visited this place 3 times in the last few years. The first time the food was marginal. The second time (recently) the food was good-to very good. Service was good as well. The third time the food was only fair. The Pnang came with a cup of rice. Anyone knows Pnang usually is a two cup of rice entree. When I asked for a second cup of rice I was informed it would be an additional $2.00 on top of the $13.95 cost of the entree. Having never encountered this in over 50 years, I simply asked for the check and left. The check was over $28 total. If they really need my $2 bucks for a simple cup of rice then they'll get it from someone else.
