Alpha Taxi and Transportation

I had a great experience with this company. They are caring, kind, gentle, prompt, courteous, and reasonable. I will use them again, and recommend them to my family, friends, and clients.

They were very helpful, very sweet and very prompt! Good people, prompt service, I would defiantly recommend this service to others and will be using them again next time i am in Georgia!

Other than being in a big city as a tourist, I have never used taxi service before. Recently it became a necessity, and I could not be happier. They are prompt, if not early, they are courteous and caring. They make you feel safe while in their vehicles. They make it feel more like a friend giving you a lift, than someone you are paying to get you from point A to point B.

I do not like using cab service because of previous bad experience with another company. This being said, alpha taxi has turned my opinion around. I booked them this morning for an afternoon pick up. Amazing customer service. Unfortunately I had to cancel. The driver was on the way to pick me up when I called to cancel. Even so, she was so so very sweet. I will be using them again.

Alpha Taxi was the best Taxi service I have ever used. They were proffessional and all time. I felt safe and really enjoyed my ride witht hem. I will DEFINITELY be using them in the future.
