Dr. Nicole Distano specializes in chiropractic management of pre/post-natal patients. Dr. Nicole received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. A key feature is the initial assessment – a safe and reliable way to reach an accurate diagnosis and only then make the appropriate treatment plan. Expensive tests such as MRI’s are often unnecessary. Certified MDT clinicians are able to rapidly determine whether the method will be effective for each patient.

As a new patient, you will initially receive a consultation and comprehensive physical examination to rule out serious causes of spine pain (tumors, infections, fractures, nerve compression, systemic pathology, visceral referral, etc.). If warranted, x-rays will be performed or other diagnostic testing (CT scan, MRI, nerve conduction studies) will be prescribed. Once serious pathology has been ruled out, we will discuss your goals and expectations for treatment and establish a schedule of chiropractic and rehabilitation sessions to help meet your set goals and expectations.

Whiplash
Dr. Anthony received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Master of Science degree in Sports Health Science with a concentration in sports injury management, and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. While at Life University, Dr. Anthony’s research projects included a research review of the detrimental effects of abnormal curvatures in the cervical spine on the nervous system and surrounding soft tissue structures, and a case study on chiropractic management of whiplash patients.
