        I've used David Cooper for several legal situations. I found him fully competent, ethical, professional as well as compassionate for me and my cases. He speaks to you in layman's terms and is easy to work with. He is open and upfront. David Cooper will tell you if he can take your case and will refer you to others if need be. He has excellent rates.

        Would NOT recommend Attorney David Cooper to anyone I care about. Horrible experience and, in my opinion, someone with little integrity. There are plenty of attorneys in KC so choose a good one.
