Worst company ever. We schedule an appointment for them to come today between 8am-12pm. They never came. We called multiple times and no one picked up or returned our calls. Wish our insurance company would of checked them out beforehand so we didn’t waste our time.

As with many others, it seems this company won't last long. We placed a claim for our air conditioning through our home warranty company on May 22nd, and they assigned this "business" to it. Since then, they've missed 3 different appointments, and we've called them 5 times, only ever speaking to someone once. The other times voicemails were left and never returned. The only time we spoke to them they said their truck had broken down, and they needed to get permission from the warranty company to use their personal vehicle. After they missed another appointment we called the home warranty company back, but as it was memorial day weekend, no company was available to take the job, but the warranty company scheduled another appointment for today, May 31, which came and went without anyone showing up. We finally had the warranty company assignit to a different company who isn't able to come until Tuesday, June 5th. 2 weeks to get someone to even look at the unit is ridiculous.

This company is a complete joke, and I certainly hope warranty companies remove them from their contract, as it seems from the reviews that's the only way they get business.

Meanwhile, temperatures were in the mid to upper 90's with high humidity, and we had to find alternative locations to stay since our animals don't tolerate the heat well. Our house has been absolutely miserable and sleep is a joke.

Referred by my home warranty company (HMS, also a horrible company) waited over a week for my appointment when HMS said they had availability in a few days. Mid day on day of appointment I hadn't heard from Air Heating and Cooling so I called and their truck was in the shop, but still likely they would be out that day. Hours later still no word from them so I called again, truck now won't be done today. Rescheduled appointment for the following day through HMS. Called Air Heating and Cooling about an hour into the 8 to noon time slot to verify truck was fixed and was told they don't service my are and I need to call another company! So for over a week they've had my information and couldn't bother to look up address! I am livid!

Like the other reviews... Scheduled through my home owners warranty. I took time off of work for my repair to get completed, as the A\C has gone out. It's May - Topping 90 degrees each day. Wife is pregnant. And we have no A\C.

They told me it was a four hour window on Monday when I scheduled this, between Noon and 4. I took time off work, and no one had shown up by 4. I called to check on this, and they advised that due to their own poor scheduling, they still had roughly six stops which may take several hours a piece to complete. They then advised that, should they be unable to make the appointment, they would call.

When I call them, they claim their operational hours are until 5PM. I highly doubt they will be doing any additional calls after that.

As of 4:40 they're sending me to voicemail when I attempt to contact them to confirm that they will be out today. I left a voicemail advising them to call before 5PM to confirm that they would be out. They did not return my call. I called my home owners warranty and had them change my dispatch company.

They were hired by my home warranty company. Showed up only concerned about collecting their deductible. Our heat had gone out nearly two days ago, and it was below freezing. The man took a very brief look at our unit, called someone else, and then told us they'd be in touch. They also said we were welcome to try and put a rush on the process because of the frigid weather and the fact that I have children at home.

The home warranty couldn't expedite the process because it then took almost six hours for the man to file the paperwork. I found out the next morning that they had ordered the part which would take 3-5 days to arrive. I found the part locally within ten minutes. In fact, there were seven available in the area. When I asked them to call the warranty service to authorize a local purchase, they wouldn't return my call.

I found a reliable repair company. It was a simple fix, absolutely we had heat within half an hour. Turns out AIR had ordered the wrong part.

Please do not use this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable.
