Mail delivery is a nightmare!! We get other people's mail all the time, which in this day and time is scary considering we have gotten mail from their banks, credit card companies, etc etc. We also receive our own mail, sometimes looking like someone has tried to open. I often wonder what mail we never receive. This is outrageous but not surprising considering its the government!

Horrific experience. The carrier or mail deliverer decides what gets delivered and what does not despite specific instructions by the sender and recipient. Eventually the mail loops around and some of it is permanently misplaced. Once you walk into this post office you leave civilization at the door. Good luck!

they regularly deliver the wrong mail to us (a house on a completely different street with the same number) and have delivered our mail to the completely wrong house (not even the same number).

Mail runs extremely late and they only deliver what they want when they want if you live in Jonesboro you have a better chance of getting your mail on time with a P O box js

I would give this location negative five stars if I could. Zelda is horrific! She is belligerent and rude and is a perfect example of a postal worker who does the bare minimum. If you can get your mail another way then do it. This location is run on incompetence.

The people at this Post Office have no accountability for anything they do. They only make up rules to cover their excuses.
