all of them are so nice and helpful but they put a woman in the answering phones so mean to others hate to help people and she is doing all she can to make the situation worse and she makes the disabled people to feel worse and to be more disabled than they were before she is despising people and she doesn't want to help people at all and quite frankly people wants to get recover from their disability not to get worse
