Hindi maganda Ang serbisyo Nla Akalain mo Di man lng Cla mag rply sa mga email ko at saka txt, Grabi May inutusan pa ako sa manla para e contact 4 times pa Ang sabi edliver Na po anong petsa Wla parin dpa Nla natanggap at Wla kamo balita Nasaan Na yong box ko. Ayusin nyo nman po Ang trabaho nyo kng gusto nyo magtiwla Ang mga Tao sa inyo. Kakaloka kayo bakit ng lagay pa kau ng contact d naman kayo marunong mag rply sa mga customers. I'm very disappointed ayaw kona padla sa pinas.GRRRRR����������������

I sent a package for my father via MAKATI EXPRESS JERSEY CITY air freight hoping that it will be delivered instead of pick up like JOHNNY AIR. They assured of less than 2 weeks guaranteed delivery....

sent if DEC 16, 2013. informed me that it will be delivered DEC 29. Charged me $138.00 for a box 19x13.5x3.5 declaring the content Iphone and laptop nothing more, (it only weight 8 lbs)... I asked several times if the package will there before the 5th of January since my father will be leaving on the 5th to Thailand and he needed the package...



TO CUT THE LONG STORY SHORT... today Jan 8, in the Philippines and the package is STILL NOT DELIVERED... my father called the Philippines numbers and everybody is pointing fingers.. WHAT IS GOING ON?



WHEN I CALLED THEM NOBODY PICKED UP!

I CHAT (it state ONLINE....) BUT NOBODY RESPONDED!!!!



WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO YOU HAVE!!!



NEVER AGAIN!!...
