The firm is small and definitely doesn't have the expertise that the representative explained on the phone.
At first I thought I would be "taken care of" particularly on what I was looking for until, the very nice representative left and some senior recruiter who boasted more about his Robert Half experience and connections elsewhere took over my resume. I thought for sure a Senior Recruiter would explain to me what he & his firm could do for me. The worse part, is this Senior Recruiter, was one of the owners of the firm. In the end, I went on two interviews that so remote from my expertise/skills sets. Very disappointing. I eventually ended up calling Robert Half, who placed me immediately with interviews and I was able to find work in South Jersey. Again, I'm sure this company has some talent, too bad, I was working with someone who definitely cared more about the commission check than the customer service.

This group is good should you decide to truly extend yourself to every opportunity available, however I wouldn't waste my time.
