Please please please am asking everyone not to use this car service unless you want to be called names like black bi**h and that we black people never wants to pay for our cab the driver and dispatcher was very disrespectful and i will never use this service again please please people don't use

Don't trust this cab company with your life. One of their cabbies drove straight into the back of my car while it was parked beside a church and sped-off. Called the dispatcher and they gave the cold shoulder and said "No problem, call the cops" which I did, and they hung up. It'll be no problem once the cops send the investigators over.

Por un viaje de $15 , te cobran lo que les da la gana, unos $25 otros $30 y todavia te piden propina.
Horrible en todo sentido.

Horrible horrible experience. Took a cab just so the driver can tell me he can't take me to my destination because he needs to take his son to school and drops me off at a random parking lot. I'm not making this up I swear . So I called the base and they don't even apologize to me they said they're sending someone in five minutes. Fifteen minutes go by no taxi . I wouldn't recommend using this cab service. Extreme unprofessionalism and very rude .

Les doy 0 estrellas yo llamaba mucho a quisqueya antes pero después de lo q me enteré nunca más volví a llamar ay alguien q trabaja ay vendiendo droga a mi me ofreció una vez q se cree q soy un drogadicto? En cuando me dijo q vendía lo mande muy lejos por favor este es un business mucha jente llama taxis de la nueva quisqueya nadie quiere ir en la cárcel por un taxista por favor agan algo yo no voy a decir nombres yo se q hasta el dueño de quisqueya sabe q venden droga sus taxistas

Every morning I use this cab service to take my kids to school every day there late go to the wrong street or just dont show up. my husband say stop using them but every morning i try this morning I call so my kids wouldn't be late at 730 for school still by 8 they hadn't arrived when I called they where rude my kids crying late for school now had to call unity car service which showed up in 10 minutes.this car service disgusting and I will never use them again completely unprofessional rude if I was you I wouldn't call them.
