Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Care

I visited Kwik Kar of Irving for the first time on Saturday morning after going to 2 other locations to get a state inspection for my Honda (the other 2 places I visited had staff that were unfriendly and unprofessional -- Honda and Pep Boys). When I arrived at Kwik Kar of Irving, I was promptly greeted by a friendly and profesional young man who was very helpful. My car inspection was completed in less than 30 minutes. I asked what other work Kwik Kar does for autos and was surprised to learn they handle all types of mechanical repairs beyond oil changes. I HIGHLY recommend Kwik Kar of Irving for their excellent customer service, friendly staff, convenience and professionalism in every way. I will go back there for all of my auto needs for both of my cars and I hope they keep up the great work and professionalism because they will have a customer for life if they do. My thanks to Kwik Kar of Irving for caring and for making my experience with them a great one.

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful at this Kwik Kar location. I love how they offer each guest a bottle of water while they wait. I also appreciate that the staff is willing to assist customers in saving money, even if the money is not going directly to Kwik Kar.On one occasion, the mechanic mentioned that I would need a new gas cap. He even offered alternate places to purchase the cap in case I would like to leave the shop. I decided to purchase the cap from the shop, but the fact that they gave alternatives was much appreciated.

Kwik Kar consistently exceeds my expectations when it comes to customer service for my car needs. The staff is friendly, professional, and always thankful for my business. The location is convenient with easy access and someone is always there greeting the driver and pointing him/her in the right direction. Great job! I'll keep going back to support my local community.
