As soon as you walk in it smells like SH*T! They are nasty and verbally abusive to children. When you walk in there are toddlers who are unattended in the foyer by the main door that's always opened! I have seen them yell at children, make them go to sleep (outside of nap time) and other cruel punishments! There was even one time I went in and seen a flamboyant gay guy holding one of the infants! This was a horrible experience and I don't recommend ANYONE here!

0 stars! I worked for the owner Lisa for 5 months and it was the worst daycare I've ever worked at. Lisa needs her license revoked. There was never enough infant teachers in the infant room, one person per 10 kids. NONE of the cameras work either, as a parent that concerned me because my son also attended this daycare with me while I worked and he never wanted to come, he cried right when he saw the assistant Mary Knight and his teacher in the toddler room. After a while of working there,I realized this is not a stable daycare for anyone's child to attend. Parents have came up to me concerned on why one of the teachers was wearing a tank top with booty shorts. That is definitely not a way to dress in front of children. Again.. 0 stars!!

0 stars is not an option unfortunately. The "owner" Lisa needs her child care license revoked. I advised her and another staff member I was bringing my son as a drop in and that he was being treated for ADHD and side affect of his medicine was he would not sleep at naptime. After 3 days, my son was asked NOT to return for crying and not listening during naptime, as if he's the first kid in history to do so! My issue lies with Lisa also reprimanded him with a ruler in an attempt to get him to stop crying. If they felt he was that terrible a phone call should have been made to have me come get him! I called her this morning to express my concerns and advise her I would be taking precautionary measures to have her facility reviewed by the board and she spoke over me the ENTIRE time, told me when I should medicate my kid, how this and how that. Terrible experience start to finish!

texting while driving van

My family and I observed a driver of their van texting - both while stopped at a light and while the vehicle was moving. Children appeared to be inside the van. She was moving through a school zone area. I am submitting this review with one star because zero stars is not an option.

I honestly don't think that we are talking about the same place .. because all those teacher act like nice only when the parents are there.. but as soon as you leave . They act really rude towards the children

My granddaughter went here only two weeks. Week 1- she got bit (not unexpected) day#2, had a lump on her head from a fall (happens)day#3, and had scratches on her back (unexplained)day#2. She started running a temperature within 48 hours that passed on to her Mom & Dad. We found she was NOT being given ANYTHING to drink as NONE of us were told to provide a sippee cup or she would NOT get anything. We found that out when she had horrible constipation and asked about her diet to see if it was due to changes. Week 2- day#1, dad goes to pick her up, she (15 mos old) was by herself, facedown on the carpet. When he called her name, she looked up, and obviously had laid there and cried until she could no more. There was one other child, in a highchair, with an empty bottle, half asleep, and there was NO ADULT in the room. All employees were in the office, leaving two toddlers ALONE. Mom kept her home for two days, then yesterday, there only 5 hours, mom saw teacher washing a bottle with hand soap! Granddaughter is sick AGAIN. The time frame of her illnesses incubation times mean it was contracted THERE. Mom also observed them on a cleaning frenzy with a strong bleach smell--Meaning they are NOT following guidelines set forward by DCFS/DHS concerning rules and regulations. It was also "rumored" that they were cleaning because they had a "bad visit" from child services and had bad marks for cleanliness. Needless to say, we have changed daycares, where other parents have moved their children to FROM THIS VERY DAYCARE due to similar issues. Do NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO HERE. After what happened recently, which will be reported, I will be surprised they are not shut down, as should be.

We miss Kids Palace!!! Great neighborhood Preschool/Daycare. Loving teachers and they actually teach your kids. My son was learning to write the alphabet and numbers at 3 years old. My son went here for 6 months. We had to take him out because we moved to Houston. I loved Kids Palace and so did my son. He still talks about his teacher, Ms. Boosie. All the staff and the owner are down to earth, genuine people who care for your child like they are family.
