        Overall

        The lady named alice that answers the phone there is a royal ***** she is unprofessional and rude.
        I would not recommend this service to transport my dog to a appointment much less a human being. Very diappointed in the fact that Medicaid would even use such a no class agency to transport sick patients to medical appointments.
