Weis Markets

I like the Weis in Hummelstown. As a student at the med center, I find their prices competitive, and their "buyer's loyalty" club much more valuable than Karns. Not only do i get better prices with my loyalty card, but I also get gas points. At Karns, all I get are vague "points." Apparently I can spend them on hams or turkeys during holiday seasons. I'm sorry, but as a student, I need pennies and savings right now.

Karns' meat dept can't be beat, but this Weis is better for everyday savings.

Weis Markets in Hummelstown is possibly one of the worst deli's you can go to. Not only can you find rotten meat in the deli/meat section. You can also find unfriendly employees, and poor management. If you're thinking about getting a job, apply somewhere else. As the employees always give you the run around, so employment there is next to impossible. Karns is just a little bit farther of a trip. Meat is way better quality. Employees there are nice and have conversations with you. I also bet it's not next to impossible to obtain a job there either. If you're going to go to a deli, choose Karns.
