Georgetown Travel Inc

Recently, we visited Georgetown travel and was not even greeted professionally. The female employee just sat at her desk looking at us. When we did talk with her, about our interests, she said she would call and email us with price quotes the very next day. She NEVER got back to us at all, even though we had told her that a previous travel agency provided horrible customer service! You would think she would've gone out of her way to gain our business. Terrible customer service! Good thing we didn't book a trip with this business and went elsewhere where the woman who said she'd contact us actually kept her word.
