In December of 2008 we took our 15 year old daughter to this clinic for a second opinion, if she really needs a root canal for a cavity in her tooth or not. Two weeks ago, we took her to Castle Dental in Santa Fe, Houston to fill that cavity that a dentist in Galveston had suggested. The doctor in Castle Dental did not even take a look at her tooth or opened her mouth but just by taking a quick look at her X rays told us that she needs a root canal and gave us an out of pocket cost of $700 after insurance. When we took her to Dr. Das at Clear Lake Dental for a second opinion, he examined my daughter's tooth and X rays carefully and told us that she may not need a root canal. He filled her cavity in less than an hour and charged us only $106 after insurance and saved us $600. He not only saved us money but tour time and suffering of a teenager girl.

Now you judge who is an honest and who is a dishonest doctor. Some doctors take this medical profession as a buisness and take advantage of patient's and his/her family's ignorance. Fortunately I got Dr. Das's reference from one my friends and thanked them at once.

It is rare to find both an honest and expert dentist these days and I can highly recomend Dr. Das and his clinic for your dental need. His team members are also very polite and dedicated.
