Dear Villas at River Oaks,



Regarding the $25/bag fine delivered to my doorstep this evening, marked "4:53pm." Why aren't we given the courtesy to receive at least one warning prior to being fined?



It is currently 8:20pm and the trash man has not arrived. Should I take my trash in now, fearing that I get fined again? If I were to strictly adhere to the 6-8 rule, I would never have the trash pick-up that I pay an extra $20 a month to have.



My understanding of the trash rules was that an hour here and an hour there didn't hurt anyone; especially if you have to leave early, or if the trash man arrives late.



Please consider this appeal instead of fining me; a warning would have sufficed.
