Very nice location and clean helpful staff members

I have been a member for about a year and a half now and since i joined everything has improved. They have added new services and are continuing to add new services to keep up with their growing client base and they have taken care or their previous customer services issues and are now very attentive and welcoming. I also love how all of the consultants are very knowledgeable on all of the products, even the ones that aren't currently in the store. This place is awesome!!

LOVE!!! Walked in thinking it was just a tanning salon, left with a great spa package!! they have so many awesome choices and a great staff always remember my name every time i walk in im greeted and offered something to drink!!! Very pleased!!

My second home! I just joined and I'm in love with this place already... The staff here at Planet Beach are very friendly and helpful, very welcoming. Planet Beach is so different from the normal tanning places because they have such a variety of services. Their infrared sauna spa is awesome, you get to listen to classical music, read magazines and just relax while you get rid of nasty toxins in your body. And their hydrospa bed makes your skin feel like a baby's behind. :) I joined Planet Beach just for their tanning services because I was starting to look a little pale but when I went in they introduced me to all of their fantastic services and I was sold! Highly recommended for everyone, a wonderful place to just get some "me time".

I love Planet Beach- for example, yesterday I had the day off from work and I ran up to Planet Beach early in the morning, thinking they were open and the manager opened up the doors early for me and let me tan, tho I showed up like 15-20 mins before they opened! I also really enjoy swinging by the spa whether I'm on my lunch break or after work waiting for traffic to die down. The staff is fun and friendly (clearly, as I was shown yesterday and on a ton of other visits) and even if I have to wait a few moments it's nice knowing I am more than just a name and a face or even a number. I love the atmosphere and the services they have to offer! I love their new velocity bed.. actually, I love all of their services!! Thanks guys!!!

BEWARE! AWFUL! Staff is rude & will HARASS you constantly to buy lotions & sign up friends (as if you work for Planet Beach)!! They are also all VERY stupid & will screw up your account... & they LIE about perks they will give if you bring in referrals. They sell you a "VIP" membership that is 2x the price of the regular...& there is ONLY 1 VIP BED!!! Basically, you never get to use it, unless you make an appointment, & even then the staff is too stupid to keep track & there is someone tanning in the ONE vip bed when you arrive. MAJOR PROBLEM- owner LIES consistently about getting new bulbs. WARNING - you will NOT get color at this salon. I don't think the bulbs have ever been changed since it opened. The owner is VERY CHEAP!!! Also, WARNING... there is a $50 cancellation fee!!!! That is ABSURD. I'm recommending that everyone I know cancel their membership there & sign up elsewhere... it's worth the $50 because you waste a whole lot more paying for tans that don't get you ANY color!!!
