Overall POOR to EXCELLENT!! I've been going to at this place for about 1 year and HAD WORST EXPERIENCE due to manager KRIS WHO made my life miserable always telling on me that why I wanna come everyday though in my membership I was entitled to go so because of her to avoid any un pleasant situation i restrict myself for 5 days a week then she refused to give 5 days too and restricted me for 4 days and NEVER gave me as per my requirment services she fixed me what she wants when i went there in her absent other girls gave me what i want when she came to know

I've been going to at this place for about 1year and HAD WORST EXPERIENCE due to manager KRIS WHO made my life miserable always telling on me that why I wanna come everyday though in my membership I was entitled to go so,to avoid any unpleasant situation I restricted myself for 5 days a week then she refused to give 5 days too and restricted me for 4 days and NEVER gave me as per my requirement services she fixed me with the things she wants whenever I went in her absence other girls gave me what I want when she came to know she placed standing orders that no one can make my schedule and give any service other than her or Marry,when she left NO CHOICE I gave one month notice to cancel my membership,then AN ANGLE CAME NAMED VALERIE she replaced Kris when she went on her vacations Valerie talked to owner apologized to me and fixed my all problems ONLY BECAUSE OF VALERIE I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP AGAIN AND NOW I'M VERY HAPPY!!! VALERIE should be the MANAGER! not Kris.

The Planet Beach on Westheimer is Unreal! I have been going there for about three years now and I, to this day, remain impressed with not only the services that they offer, but the unbelievably nice staff and the great atmosphere! Whether you are looking to tan or just relax, this place is for you! -DG

The employees are the best. I don't know the rest of the girls personally yet but they have all been very nice and have great customer service every time I've come in there. The place is very clean and they always try to get you in at your appt time even when other customers come late to their appts. I highly recommend this place for all your spa needs.
