A friend of mines told me I should go to this place and at first I was a little hesitant but the great service from joyce changed all of that, the massage was great and she was very interactive 5 stars from me

This place sucks. They charged me all this money for a 'special' they were running for mothers day. When my mom went they didnt give her anything special, tried to sell her all kinds of stuff, promised me a refund for the difference of the 'special' and then did not deliver. HORRIBLE. The great massage is not worth it. Massage envy is much better.

The worst service, they gave me a time for the appointment and then said that it's not available. Told me that I need to be 15 min earlier and almost 10 min after my appointment time they said that the person who do facials isn't working that day. They mess my day with that. Never come back again. Thank you

Horrible first time visit / experience. They over charged my card; then charged it again for the right price. I had to ask the manager to void the first incorrect charge since wasn't originally going to. No she wasn't new- she was the manager!!?? And I had to ask for the void. She needs training! I was told it would come right off. 3 days later it hasn't. Went in for a $50 new customer massage and left paying almost $200 due to their errors. I was promised a call back and I have yet to hear from someone. Thanks for draining my bank account on a 3 day weekend and not caring or fixing the problem. Nothing but a run around! Off to contact my bank and the BBB!

I have been going all over town trying to find a good massage to help my back and finally found Emma at Massage Heights. She is wonderful and made my back feel much better. Ask for Emma. She's very knowledgable.

I still can not believe how I was treated by the management of this establishment. Never received any return calls from the manager or owner. Scammed me out of $400! Was more stresses after leaving their facilities after the lady who gave me my massage constantly vented on me about her financial status and recent divorce. I made my complaint to the kids who run the desk and asked for a manager to contact me four separate times with no response. I asked for my membership to be canceled four times but never was. I was continually charged a monthly fee and they were never able to schedule me for a appointment for at least a weeks notice. Manager canceled my membership and then told me I lost my 8 session I paid for due to me canceling my membership.

We have some issues getting out of bed...few crinks here and there with age. But,the girls are great, get all the kinks out. We usually get a 60 minute massage but it never lasts long enough...time just flies when you're getting a massage...I wish it were the other way around. 5 stars Great Prices Great Service
