I see them as vultures. When my son had his accident he was one block from the house. I told them we would tow it too the house. They wanted to charge $145 for one block. It was obvious they wanted the car in storage so they could get more money from the accident. I started for the smart mouth, but the police step between us. I do not mind paying a fair price but it infuriates me to be gouged. I wish they had a minus star rating as that is what I would have given.
